Ben Buchanan
Greetings! My name is Ben Buchanan and I have been serving as a pastor in Northeastern MN since 2009. First call for me was at Hope Lutheran in Embarrass and at Evangelical Lutheran in Babbitt. In 2013, my wife, Lisa, and I moved to Grand Rapids after I accepted a call at Zion Lutheran Church and began serving as a Chaplain at the 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth. Lisa is a pastor as well, most recently having just started as an interim pastor at Good Shepherd down in Lakeside. We have twin children, Alex and Scarlett, who are 8 years old and will be in third grade. As Duluth is hometown for me, we are excited to be returning to the Duluth area to be closer to family.

Lisa Miller
​I was born and raised in Duluth MN. I am a 2008 graduate Of UMD's Elementary Education Program. With over 20 years of experience in childcare; I have worked with all ages and have been a director for over 10 years. My passion for teaching started at a young age. Along with my passion of teaching, I'm also a wife and mom. My husband and I live in Floodwood with our 2 sons, dog Ada, cat Tinks, and many chickens.
